Steam and hydronic equipment built to outlast the building.
Centrifugal pumps, steam traps, regenerative turbines and hydronic specialties — proven in hundreds of thousands of installations since the first thermostatic trap in 1903.

The tools reps and engineers use every day — no login, and every result hands off to a quote.
The industry's oldest line of designs, still poured and machined in Michigan.
Our brass foundry once cast trap and valve bodies; today it also pours pump impellers machined to specifications still exclusive to MEPCO. Every rep you call has been trained in the science of steam.

Independent sales offices in all 50 states, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean — many for multiple generations.
Before you call
Buying, selecting and repairing MEPCO equipment — the questions our inside sales desk answers most.
All questionsHow do I buy MEPCO products?
MEPCO sells through independent sales representatives across the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico, and factory-direct where no office covers a territory. Enter your ZIP in Find a rep, or request a quote and it routes to the covering office automatically.
Which steam trap do I need?
It depends on the application more than the brand: thermostatic for radiators and convectors, float & thermostatic for coils and heat exchangers under modulating pressure, inverted bucket for steam-main drips, thermodynamic for tracers and outdoor lines. The trap selector applies those rules to your pressures and load and returns a type and connection size.
Do MEPCO parts fit Dunham-Bush traps and pumps?
Yes. MEPCO continues the Dunham and Dunham-Bush steam specialty and pump designs, and current cage units, repair kits and pump parts cross-reference to the legacy model numbers. Enter the old number in the decoder or search, or send us a nameplate photo.
How do I size a pump?
Use MEP-FLOW: enter flow in GPM and head in feet and it returns every MEPCO pump that fits, with the curve, best-efficiency point, motor size and operating cost. Print the curve sheet or send it straight to a quote.
