How MEPCO handles your information
EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2026What we collect
When you request a quote, literature or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: name, company, email, phone, ship-to ZIP and the details of your request, plus any files you attach.
Our servers record standard technical data — IP address, browser, pages visited and the time of each visit — and the MEP-FLOW and trap selector tools store your most recent inputs in your browser so you can pick up where you left off.
How we use it
To route your request to the independent sales office that covers your territory and to the factory sales desk, and to answer it.
To mail printed literature you request, and — only if you subscribe — to send product bulletins, which you can stop at any time from the link in each message.
To understand which pages, documents and tools are used so we can improve them.
Who we share it with
Independent MEPCO sales representatives in your territory receive quote and selection requests so they can respond. Service providers that host this site, deliver email and store files process data on our behalf under contract.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses essential cookies to keep forms working and a privacy-respecting analytics tool that records page views without building advertising profiles. You can block cookies in your browser; the selection tools will still work but will not remember your inputs.
Retention and security
Quote and contact records are kept for as long as needed to serve the request and for our business records, then deleted or anonymized. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the people who need it.
Your choices
Email mepco@mepcollc.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from bulletins. We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for professionals in the building and process industries and is not directed at children under 16.
